Join me Tuesday February 22nd for a 3 week/21 day program focusing on clean, simple eating while avoiding the top 6 foods/food groups that damage our health

- Three 30 min zoom calls (1 per week - Tuesday at 6:30 SK time)
- 3 weeks of meal plans - grocery lists - recipes
- Dedicated FB group for the program
