Betaine hydrochloride along with pepsin, is a key protein digestive enzyme produced in the stomach.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Do this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Take 1 capsule every 2 minutes with water and continue to to take until warmth is felt in your stomach. Once warmth is felt, Stop and eat breakfast.
RESULTS:
- Sensation after 1-2 capsules: May indicate gastritis or an inflammation/irritation of the lining of the gut.
- Sensation after 4-5 capsules: May indicate adequate HCI production.
- Lack of Sensation: May indicate you are not producing very much stomach acid and therefore are not absorbing your food and nutrients very well.
