• Dilute Dusk in olive or coconut oil and massage it onto your chest and neck.
• Diffuse during cold-weather season to cleanse the air and promote healthy lungs.
• Apply  to the bottoms of the feet as part of your bedtime routine.
• Diffuse in the room you exercise in to promote the sensation of deeper breathing.
• Diffuse 8–20 drops in any stuffy room for a fresh, crisp atmosphere.
• Add a few drops to a hot bath or shower for an invigorating experience or to get your day started with extra energy.
