Oregano Essential Oil

Oregano (Origanum vulgare) 

Oregano Essential Oil is a very powerful essential oil and is incredibly beneficial when used to support the immune system.  It does not need to be used in large amounts as a little goes a long way.  

Rubbing into the bottom of the feet before bed is a great way to help support the immune system and reduce cough, cold, and flu.
