• Clarity and Calm can be applied to the bottoms of your feet before bed to help reduce anxiety and insomnia.

• Add 4–5 drops to 1 cup of Epsom salt in your bath as part of a calming evening routine.
• Diffuse this blend at home or at work to help create a positive, peaceful and calm atmosphere.
