Ligilactobacillus salivarius LS01 (DSM 22775) (whole cell) 1 billion CFU*
Bifidobacterium breve B632 (DSM 24706) (whole cell) 1 billion CFU*
Total live bacteria 2 billion CFU*
*CFU = Colony forming units

 

Directions:

Adults and children 1 year and older: take one sachet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children 1-5 years old: dissolve dose in a small amount of water before administration. Adults and children over 5 years old: dissolve straight in the mouth, or add to water, milk, or yogurt. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
