Adults and children 1 year and older: take one sachet daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children 1-5 years old: dissolve dose in a small amount of water before administration. Adults and children over 5 years old: dissolve straight in the mouth, or add to water, milk, or yogurt. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
