Essential Oil Recipe: Hormone Balance


Many women have a love-hate relationship with their hormones, and when they are a bit out of balance, life is a lot more challenging.

However, there is so much we can do to help improve our hormonal balance and using essential oils is one of them and the options are almost endless.

Diffuse, apply topically, smell directly from the bottle or make your own rock salt inhaler.

Here is a recipe for a 3 oil blend that is the ultimate in balance and calm, at any time of month and any stage of your life.

Ingredients

Geranium
Ylang ylang
Lavender
Pink rock salt
Small essential oil bottle (a great way to use up old bottles) 

Instructions

1. Add enough salt to the bottle to mostly fill it

2. Add to the bottle

  • 2-3 drops of Geranium
  • 2 drops of Ylang ylang
  • 3-4 drops of Lavender

3. Label the bottle

4. Sniff the oils as needed whenever you are feeling a bit ‘unbalanced’
