Chai Banana Bread

Here is a delicious and nutritious banana bread recipe that will warm your soul. This recipe uses our Thyroid Energy Balance Blend tea as the warming chai herbs complement the sweetness of the banana. Ingredients   1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3)  1/3 cup plain full-fat yogurt 5 tablespoons butter, melted 2 large eggs 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup local honey 2 1/4 cups spelt flour  3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 tablespoons of Thyroid Energy Balance Blend tea 1 teaspoons vanilla extract Coconut oil to line baking pan Directions  Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°.
