It’s a new year and you’ve been doing all “THE THINGS” to be healthy. Eating right, exercising, and getting your daily water intake and supplements. But you find yourself still feeling sluggish, struggling with that last bit of weight or your weight is not moving at all, you're needing a little more energy or a better nights sleep, mental clarity. These symptoms are all signs of our liver telling us it's not happy and would like to be detoxed. 

Everyday we are exposed to so many things from Viruses, Chemicals, Parasites, but one of the biggest is Heavy Metals. 

Overtime, Heavy Metals build up and sit inside the liver and the brain making it sluggish and causing us problems in many other areas such as Eczema, Anxiety, Unexplained Inflammation, Migraines etc.

Heavy Metals are everywhere today, Aluminum foil, pop cans, toothpaste, pots and pans, the air and even our water. We can never totally escape Heavy Metals but we can definitely help to gently detoxify them from our bodies and especially our liver.

I typically recommend starting the mornings with a big glass of lemon water and then a Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie.

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

2 Bananas

2 cups of fresh or frozen WILD blueberries

1 cup fresh Cilantro

1 tsp Barley grass juice powder

1 tsp Spirulina

1 tbsp Atlantic Dulce

1 Orange

½ to 1 cup water or Orange juice, or Coconut water

All the above can be found at your local grocery store and Health food store
