Formulation

Each vegetable source capsule contains:

  • ValeriPure™ Deodorized Valerian 250 mg (Valeriana officinalis) root, 2.7:1 extract (675 mg*) 0.8% Sesquiterpenic acids, 0.48% Valerenic acid
  • ​Skullcap 75 mg (Scutellaria lateriflora) herb top, 4:1 extract (300 mg*)
  • Lemon balm 50 mg (Melissa officinalis) herb top, 4:1 extract (200 mg*)
  • California poppy 25 mg (Eschscholzia californica) herb top, 4:1 extract (100 mg*)
  • Magnesium 75 mg (From Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate)

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Organic brown rice extract (organic rice bran, organic gum arabic, organic sunflower oil), brown rice flour, hypromellose (vegetable capsule).

Recommended use:
Veeva Sleep Formula is used as a sleep aid. Helps to relieve nervousness (calmative / sedative). Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).
Recommended dose (adults):
Take two capsules, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
