Cacao shells, Passionflower, Ashwagandha, St Johns Wort, Green tea, Oolong, Rooibos, Stevia leaf.

Recommended Dosage: Drink 2 cups daily for best results.

For best results: Steep 1/2 - 1 tsp of the loose tea in hot water for 5 minutes.

40g. Bag: 1 tsp = 8 servings OR 1/2 tsp = 16 servings

85g. Bag: 1 tsp = 17 servings OR 1/2 tsp = 32 servings
