This calming lemon-spearmint flavored blend assists the body to rest, promoting deep relaxation and improved sleep

Ingredients:

 Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Lemongrass Oil, Passionflower, Rooibos, Spearmint, Holy Basil

For best results: Steep 1/2 - 1 tsp of the loose tea in hot water for 5 minutes.
