Summertime Smoothies for Everyone!


The Ultimate Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups medium seedless watermelon - chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk OR 1 cup Adrenal Balance Blend tea
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt OR 1 scoop of Vanilla Paleo Protein Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 small wedges watermelon, garnish
  • 2 sprigs mint, garnish

Instructions

Blend all but the small wedges of watermelon and mint in a blender

Pour into a glass and garnish with watermelon wedges and mint and enjoy!


Summer Breeze Smoothie

This recipe is so delicious and refreshing it will become a personal or family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ - 1  large ripe, sliced and frozen banana (1/2 banana yields ~1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice OR Pure Cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup Adrenal Balance Blend tea
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the blender.

Blend, pour into a large glass and enjoy!
