The Ultimate Summer Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups medium seedless watermelon - chopped into cubes
- 1 cup almond milk OR 1 cup Adrenal Balance Blend tea
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt OR 1 scoop of Vanilla Paleo Protein Powder
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 small wedges watermelon, garnish
- 2 sprigs mint, garnish
Instructions
Blend all but the small wedges of watermelon and mint in a blender
Pour into a glass and garnish with watermelon wedges and mint and enjoy!
Summer Breeze Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ - 1 large ripe, sliced and frozen banana (1/2 banana yields ~1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice OR Pure Cranberry juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup Adrenal Balance Blend tea
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend, pour into a large glass and enjoy!
