Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Soup is the perfect food for January and this recipe is both super easy and super tasting. Ensure you use lots of immune supporting garlic, onions and rosemary to help you prevent (or treat) any winter colds or flu. Enjoy! Christmas Salad (that does not contain over-priced lettuce!)

Not only does this colorful salad double as a perfect centerpiece for your Christmas supper table, it also does not contain any inflammatory seed oils.
